Tired of guesswork. Ready for something that actually works.

1:1 physiotherapy for women whose pain, fatigue or hypermobility hasn't been explained properly, let alone treated properly — built on clinical reasoning, not generic advice, and tailored to how your body actually responds.

1:1 spaces are limited — join the list to hear when one opens.

"Finding your level again isn't about pushing through. It's about building a base that holds."

What brings women here

Three sentences you've probably heard before

"

Your bloods are normal, so there's nothing structurally wrong — try to rest more.

"

You're young and fit, this is probably just anxiety manifesting physically.

"

Everyone's a bit hypermobile — I wouldn't worry about it unless it gets worse.

My story

Jasmine Beard

I'm Jasmine, a physiotherapist and pain & fatigue specialist. I completed my BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy in 2018 and my MSc in Rehabilitation in 2021, both at the University of the West of England.

I've worked in rheumatology in NHS hospitals in Bristol since qualifying, supporting people living with persistent pain, fatigue, and long-term inflammatory conditions. I currently work as the lead physiotherapist for rheumatology at University Hospitals Bristol and Weston.

My interest in this field is deeply personal — I was diagnosed with inflammatory arthritis at 13, which shaped both my life and my career.

Now, as a clinician and a parent of two young children, I'm passionate about helping people live meaningful, empowered lives alongside their symptoms, not in spite of them.

1:1 sessions

How we work together

Every plan is built around you — your energy, your flares, your life. This is the shape it usually takes.

1

Initial assessment

A thorough look at your pain, fatigue and movement patterns — and a plain-language explanation of what's driving them.

2

A plan built around you

Low-load, joint-protective work paced to your energy — not a generic exercise sheet handed to everyone.

3

Ongoing 1:1 sessions

Regular check-ins to adjust the plan as you go, with pacing strategies for the days that don't go to plan.

4

Review & maintenance

A plan you can run yourself between sessions — what to do in a flare, what to do to stay ahead of one.

The approach

Understated, on purpose

No countdown timers, no "transform your life" language. Just clinical reasoning, explained clearly, from someone who sees this presentation every week in specialist rheumatology practice — not just the occasional case.

  • You're believed from the first callThe starting point is that your symptoms are real, not a starting point to be earned.
  • Pacing over pushingProgress is measured in what holds up next week, not what you can do today.
  • Explained, not just prescribedYou'll understand why each stage matters, so you can adapt it yourself later.
  • Genuinely 1:1No cohorts, no group calls — sessions are built around your case and your pace alone.

Frequently asked questions

What do you specialise in?

I help people reduce persistent pain, manage chronic fatigue, and rebuild strength and confidence through a science-based, individualised approach. The focus is on long-term progress, nervous system regulation and sustainable change — not quick fixes.

How does 1:1 support work?

Sessions are booked individually or as a discounted package — there's no subscription or lock-in. Each session includes:

  • A full check-in on symptoms, energy levels and progress since your last session
  • Hands-on assessment and treatment where needed
  • Personalised exercise and lifestyle programming
  • Support between sessions if a flare-up needs attention
What happens between sessions?

You can message me with updates on symptoms, energy levels, flare-ups, wins or setbacks between sessions, and I'll come back with feedback, adjustments and strategies to keep you on track until your next appointment.

Is this suitable for chronic or long-term pain?

Yes. I regularly support people with:

  • Hypermobility
  • Rheumatology conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, spondyloarthritis and osteoporosis
  • Persistent or recurring pain
  • Menopause-related pain and fatigue
  • Fibromyalgia
  • Long Covid (fatigue and pain symptoms)
  • Pain flare cycles and unexplained musculoskeletal pain

If you've tried "everything" and still feel stuck, this structured, supportive approach can make a real difference.

Do I need a formal diagnosis before starting?

No. Many clients come to me without a clear diagnosis. My role is to help you understand your symptoms, build capacity, regulate your nervous system, and move forward safely — if I feel further medical input is needed, I'll let you know.

What equipment do I need?

Nothing special. We work with what you already have — your bodyweight, household items, or simple tools like bands — and I can incorporate gym equipment too if you have access.

Is online physiotherapy actually effective for pain and fatigue?

Yes. Education, movement guidance, pacing and behaviour support — the things that matter most for pain and fatigue recovery — work extremely well online, provided the support is consistent and individualised, which is exactly how this works.

Can you help if I'm currently in a flare-up?

Absolutely. Many clients begin during a flare. We start gently, stabilise symptoms, and build from a place that feels manageable — the goal is for you to feel safe and supported, not overwhelmed.

What's your rescheduling or pause policy?

Sessions and packages can be paused or rescheduled with reasonable notice. If you need to step away for health, financial or personal reasons, I'll make that easy and stress-free.

Who is this best suited for?

This is a good fit if you're experiencing persistent pain or chronic fatigue, want ongoing support rather than one-off appointments, appreciate regular check-ins and accountability, and are ready for a collaborative, holistic approach.
