I help women who've been blindsided by chronic pain and fatigue — exhausted by the search for answers and feeling like they've fallen through the cracks.
I'm a rheumatology physio and I've been that person too.
I'll help you stop surviving your condition and start living alongside it.
I’m Jasmine, a physiotherapist and pain & fatigue specialist. I completed my BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy in 2018 and my MSc in Rehabilitation in 2021, both at the University of the West of England.
I’ve worked in rheumatology in NHS hospitals in Bristol since qualifying, supporting people living with persistent pain, fatigue, and long-term inflammatory conditions. I currently work as the lead physiotherapy for rheumatology at University Hospitals Bristol and Weston.
My interest in this field is deeply personal—I was diagnosed with inflammatory arthritis at 13, which shaped both my life and my career.
Now, as a clinician and a parent of two young children, I’m passionate about helping people live meaningful, empowered lives alongside their symptoms, not in spite of them.
"I am sleeping better and feel so much more energetic, my menopausal symptoms have lessened, joint pain has eased and I am feeling stronger" C., Bristol
"I have really appreciated the feedback and scaled exercises, I can't beleive I am still showing up for myself 8 weeks later" M., Bristol
